My name is Daniela Häberli and I am a passionate cake baker. I was born and grew up in beautiful Zug and still live here with my family. I am a trained pastry chef – confectioner. Over the years, I have developed a special passion for creating themed cakes. For over 14 years, I have designed wedding cakes and individual themed cakes for a wide variety of occasions in the private sector. Over time, the desire to realize my passion professionally grew, and so I finally plucked up the courage to take the step into self-employment.
Today I am grateful to have taken this path. Every week I have the wonderful opportunity to give free rein to my creativity and make people happy with my cakes.
As a trained pastry chef-confectioner, creating light and airy cakes is a matter close to my heart. They should appeal to the eye, pamper the palate and not be too heavy on the stomach. I am particularly proud of my mousse cakes, where the focus is on taste. I deliberately use buttercream sparingly – only for stabilization or decorative accents. This makes the cakes visually appealing and light at the same time. My customers appreciate the fact that they can still enjoy a large slice of cake even after a sumptuous meal.
Every cake I make is a unique creation that is tailored to the wishes of my customers. This applies to the ingredients as well as the design.
